• Players: Expert, individualized instruction, data-driven analytics, evaluations, NIL advice from pros, and a safe space to ask questions with introductions from professional baseball players.
• Coaches: Cutting-edge coaching from pros. Learn the Science of Hitting from Reggie Smith himself.
• Parents: Understand what you need to do today to prepare your child for the next level through workshops and Q&A sessions.

Led by Thomari Story-Harden, Reggie Smith, Albert Castillo, Chuck McElroy, Joey Davis, and Ricardo Bey, featuring FootSnap tech and DR/Panama tryouts.

Event Schedule

• Day 1 – Indoor (Hotel): Reggie Smith presenting the Science of Hitting, posture, balance, and the importance of grip sizing so the bat fits in your hands to increase performance, Mental Fitness 360, career insights, NIL advice for players, introductions from professional baseball players in a safe Q&A space, parent workshops with Q&A, FootSnap demo, and Ricardo Bey’s Athletes to Entrepreneurs workshop.
• Day 2 – Outdoor (Field): Pitching, hitting, fielding, and defensive stations, tryouts, FootSnap scans, and parent Q&A.
• Day 3 – Outdoor/Mixed (Field & Venue): Game day to finalize tryouts, written evaluations using data-driven analytics.
